Seriously the worst bagels & food I've ever had. Here's what I just wrote a friend about it: this everything bagels tastes like what i imagine actual shit to taste like. and it's burnt. and got that burnt taste thing going throughout. 1/5 stars.

I understand the East coast hype over this place since it may have been what people grew up with. But here in KC, it's just another drive thru in my opinion. Been here a few times, sampled the donuts and coffee. Donuts are average, but my coffee is continually watered down. If you like donuts, I'd do Lamar's or Fluffy Fresh.

Having spent the first two years of undergrad out on the east coast, and seeing Dunkin Donuts everywhere you turn, it's nice just to see at least one, or two out here in ol' KC. I love the jelly-filled munchkins. A pack of 25 of these little guys will make everyone at the office happy. The best part of this location, in addition to the drive-thru, is that it is in the parking lot of a 24-Hour Fitness.

The staff is friendly and the drive thru line moves quick. We like that they mix the cream & sugar. It will be our main coffee stop since we're moving to the area :)

I'm not ashamed to admit it, but I am addicted to Dunkin Donuts Chai! Not only is it just $1.99 but it automatically comes with skim milk and has a strong vanilla flavor, which I love. On multiple occasions I have asked for it iced, which isn't on the menu but they do it anyway. No, the donuts aren't amazing (the munchkins are great for a craving at only $1 for 5 of them - which my son and I typically share) but the service here is. Especially for a drive-thru (honestly, I've never been inside). Today is the perfect example (and made me realize I have yet to review them). I had a filled punch card (buy 5 drinks and the 6th is free) and wanted to order a single munchkin for my son. When I pulled up, I realized that I didn't have any change and apologized for needing to put such a small purchase on my debit card. Not only did she insist one giving me the munchkin free of charge, but threw another on in there as well. For a big chain, I wouldn't expect that. It also made me feel like I should never feel guilty when I'm craving a Dunkin Donuts Chai. ever!

This review is dedicated to Billie H. :-) As promised I stopped by DD after dropping off my three year old. My goal was to try the donut sandwich. The sandwich is bacon, egg and cheese between two glazed donuts. The glazed donuts were what you would expect from DD. They were moderately soft and sweet. The "egg" on the sandwich was a little dry, as was the bacon. The cheese was a tiny slice of what tasted like American but I'm not sure (because there wasn't much of it.) The bacon was not savory, the egg reminded me of a mcmuffin egg in that it was formed and very dense. I'm uploading a picture so you be the judge. I was worried about addiction, as I tend to repeat often the things I love. The good/bad thing here, is that I'm not in love. It did not wow me. I don't think I will eat it again. Now... I usually stop by a different drive through for coffee as I am not a fan of DD coffee at all. Their iced coffee is never sweet enough for my tastes and its always disappointing. I'm not a triple pump kinda guy. I just don't care for the overall flavor of DD coffee. Today I asked the nice lady at the drive through if they offered a sweet iced coffee. She said no, but offered me cream and sugar. That's what I usually get and its never good. I explained that its never sweet enough. She offered a flavoring, "like butter pecan or french vanilla." I stopped here there and added cream, sugar, and butter pecan. This was the best coffee I've ever had from DD. I wouldn't do as far as saying I am butt crazy in love with DD's iced coffee. But at least I know I can get a decent coffee option when I make my obligatory visit for my daughter's favorite donut.

Dunkin Donuts is fine. I stopped by to grab donuts for staff one morning, and they were delighted. The munchkins were a hit, specifically the pumpkin spice munchkins. I don't get the coffee hype, I guess, to me it's just ok. The drive thru line was pretty busy, even at 6:30 am, so I just ran in and received very quick and friendly service.

Really friendly staff. The line was long (drive thru) but moved quickly. Last time there donuts were dried out, but these were fresh and yummy. I got a bagel sandwich that was pretty mediocre, so I won't bother with that again. I just like to get my jelly munchkins.

Average donuts, but terrible customer service. Went in today around 6am to pick my daughter up a snack before school. At first I was greeted with a "it will be just a moment" by a woman who was working the drive thru window. That's fine being the only person in the place I didn't think it would take long. Yet 5 minutes pass...the window worker helps her customer and then goes about cleaning rather than helping me. I also witness 2 employees clock in and another couple standing idly in the back, none of them offering to help me or the window worker and her apparently extremely important housekeeping choirs. Donuts are an easy item to sell, if your place is unwelcoming there's always another one down the street willing to earn their $$.

I love love love this location. The drive-thru is fairly fast and staff is always friendly. My coffee is always piping hot and has a good amount of cream and sugar, not too much and not too litte. Their bagels are fresh and come with considerably more cream cheese (which I LOVE) than some other places I've visited. Their donuts are fresh and taste just the way I remember them having grown up on the east coast and then lived without them in CA for a decade. Also, if you're a coffee drinker be sure to ask for a frequent buyer card regardless of how frequently you visit! It works at both this location and the one on 151st and you only need to buy three medium coffees to get your fourth one free. Using that and the code on the receipt for taking their survey to get a free donut means I spend considerably less than I could!

I go there a few times a week and have iced skinny latte, ham egg & cheese English muffins, and occasionally a doughnut. Tasty, fast, good hours, and drive thru is great. They also give out good coupons!

Haven't had DD in years thanks to being stuck on the West Coast. It's great to have one nearby and they carry the new K-cups which are the closest thing to in-store coffee i've had yet (i've bought ALL of their store-ground coffee varieties) Free WiFi was nice while enjoying my coffee and funny that it's across the parking lot from 24 Fitness

I am an east coasters so this review might be a little bias. Dunkin Donuts is always good but this location has got the system down pat. The donuts are always fresh and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The drive thru is nice but I always like going in and seeing how busy this place always is. Highly highly highly recommended.

My review was removed, according to the "community" I did not share first hand experience, so I went there, had a donut and a coffee and now can attest to the facts. Here is the deal.... John's Spaceage Doughnuts is up the street. It is locally owned, it is wonderful and it has been here forever. John's will get your order done correctly, does NOT use a corporate recipe and will not go through Yelp and ask for negative reviews to be removed. I have nothing at all against DD, they have hot coffee, their donuts are okay, but they are not as wonderful as some people seem to think. Perhaps it is the scarcity of DD's in the area, but locally owned shops need your business to compete with the advertising budgets of the big chains that open down the street. So, I had my donut from DD, it was okay. I guess if I was not dressed to go out in public and/or too lazy to get out of my car, I'd like the drive through (spelled Drive THRU at DD) and didn't care about the local economy, I'd go to DD. However, John's is just a superior doughnut, and while DD is okay, and I did spend my dollar for the donut and my $4 for the coffee, there are local bakers who are doing better. By all means, go to DD, if I don't say that, they will probably have my review removed again. I did go, spent $6 including tip and was not overly impressed. In this day and age, I am someone who tries to support the local economy, and by supporting the local economy, I am supporting my friends, neighbors and area. I live nearby, and simply do not personally care for the chain food. However, if instead of taking my review down, perhaps they'd like to donate a few hundred thousand to my sluch fund and I can buy d onuts for everyone. I'd hand out donuts in front of City Hall, if the price was right. I got my $6 worth from DD, so we will see what they do. I have PERSONAL experience now, and wasn't oerly thrilled. But that is just MY opinion...and I am entitled to it.

I use the drive thru at this store more than I care to admit. I love DD for it's coffee and this is where I go for coffee when I am in the area. It's always fresh, tastes good (consistent flavor) and economical. I can get a 20oz coffee w/cream for $2.05. I've also eaten more than my share of donuts from this store and haven't had a bad donut. The sandwiches, especially the egg white flatbread, is yummy and healthy for breakfast. I like their bagels and cream cheese, especially the sessame bagel. I like to give honest reviews so I can say that I am not particularly fond of the bagel twists. They are just too dry, I'd rather eat a bagel. For coffee on the run, this is a my go to spot when I am in this part of town.

I don't eat donuts often but I love the butternut cake. Christian took our order through the drive through, great service and really made me laugh! I wish everyone had his enthusiasm!

DD is the winner in the "mass donut chain" category to me...so much better than Krispy Kreme. It was exciting to see one pop open, especially so close to my friends house. Twice now I decided to get a dozen on a early Sunday morning on the way to his house to watch a sporting event, and twice now it has taken an ungodly long time (inside only...I hate drive thrus of any kind). The service was fine, but...even on a Sunday morning, it shouldn't take me 15 minutes to get a dozen.

The DD on 151st impressed me. The DD was opening and it was donut day. So I went to get a freebie with a purchase of a drink. First off, 75th and Metcalf, although busy and good for business is a wreck haven. They were still have some planting done. The gardener truck was in a very bad spot. The drive-thru was almost out into 75th. So I had to go inside. The inside line was nearly all the way out the door. Wow, I chucked it up to be freebie day. They had a greeter that was only asking if anyone had a big order for them to get started on. No one was mentioning the freebies. Now I think it was just morning rush. Luckily they had a crowd of people behind the counter again. I also order a panini. I was handed my order all in fast time. I say that this place has their act together. It was all yummy good too.

The young man working the drive-through most mornings is about the best customer service I've ever received--and it's not even face to face. He's friendly without fail and adds some much appreciated sunshine to my already favorite iced coffee. I also had one experience where I waited a bit long for my coffee (not unreasonably long.. less than ten minutes), and when the manager noticed me she immediately apologized and gave me a card for a free medium beverage. Even when this place is bad, it's good.

I don't drink coffee so this is merely a review of their donuts. They're soggy and basically disappointing. With John's down the street, there's no point in stopping here unless it's after 9:30 am or it's Monday.

They can never get my order right even when I go inside to order. All I order is munchkins & an iced tea. I will put up with it b/c I like the donuts, but I dread ordering.
